Kingston Sculpture Biennial Opens July 4

The opening reception for the Kingston Sculpture Biennial is set for July 4 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Hasbrouck Park and Kingston Point Park. There will be activities for the kids, guided tours, hoors d'ouvres and live music. This is the 9th Kingston Sculpture Biennial and will be on display throughout three city parks, which overlook the Hudson River: Hasbrouck, Kingston Point and the Rotary Parks. The exhibit runs from July 4 through to the month of October. "While this year’s Biennial revolves around the theme of using both natural and recycled materials, it pays great homage to the Hudson River's impact and influence on the region," according to the organizers. For more details, see the Arts Society of Kingston website, here.
