City of Kingston, New York Official Seal

Residential

The City of Kingston located in the Historic Hudson Valley, which is rich in tradition as is evidenced by the wide variety of homes and properties available in this region. The entire valley embraces a topography that varies from meadows to gently sloping mountains. The selection incorporates historic Dutch Stone homes for which our valley is famous, brick homes from the Colonial and Federal periods, Victorians, farmhouses and farms, Ranch houses, two-stories, the more modern Contemporaries and Colonials, or just acreage, or multi-family, commercial and industrial properties. Some antique properties are as old as 300 years, some built of stone. Many are large, dramatic estates, secluded and private. Some homes in the City of Kingston also have Hudson River and Rondout Creek frontage.
