City of Kingston and William Gottlieb Real Estate Announce Settlement Resolving All Legal Disputes
KINGSTON, NY – Mayor Steven T. Noble and William Gottlieb Real Estate are pleased to announce that they have reached a mutually agreeable settlement resolving all outstanding legal disputes involving the Pike Plan Canopies and related matters. This resolution marks a constructive step forward and reflects a shared commitment to the long-term vitality of Kingston.

The City of Kingston is pleased to move forward in good faith with William Gottlieb Real Estate. With this settlement now finalized, William Gottlieb Real Estate and its representatives agree to withdraw all pending disputes against the City involving the Pike Plan canopies. The agreement includes a monetary settlement and an easement for continued access to an area of the parking lot at 65-77 North Front Street.
