EXECUTIVE ORDER (revised)

In preparation of an art installation, facilitated by O+, and the O+ Festival taking place from Friday October 6, 2017 through Sunday October 8, 2017, certain traffic restrictions will be in effect to assure the safety of all residents and visitors to this area.
Therefore, I, Steven T. Noble, Mayor of the City of Kingston, by the power vested in me by the Charter of the City of Kingston declare:
From 9:00am on Sunday, October 1 to Sunday, October 8 at 7:00pm, there will be NO PARKING in five spaces, directly against the Redwood wall in the N Front Street municipal lot.
From 9:00am on Tuesday, October 3 to Sunday, October 9 at 9:00am, there will be NO PARKING in two spaces in the Schwenk Drive municipal lot.
From 9:00am on Friday, October 6 to 7:00pm on Sunday, October 8, there will be NO PARKING in two spaces in front of 35-37 N Front Street.
The Parade kicks off in the Seven21 Media parking lot at 6:00pm; turns right on to Liberty St.; (circles the Kingston Library) turns left onto Furnace St.; turns left onto Franklin St.; turns left onto Prospect St. and then turns left onto St. James St.; turns right onto Clinton Ave; turns left onto Main St; makes right on Wall Street and ends in front of BSP at 7:00pm. There will be police presence for intermittent traffic control.
From 7:30am to 3:00pm on Saturday, October 7, Wall Street will be closed and NO PARKING from John Street to North Front Street for the Health Expo and entertainment segment of the Festival.
